Opening a new business

Initially, we send you a virtual office rental agreement and an pro forma invoice, which you pay before opening your business. After signing the agreement, we arrange the certified declaration of the owner of the building that we allow the company to operate at our address. We then go to AJPES  in Ljubljana, where we leave the certified declaration for you, so you can open and registrate your new business at our address. If you wish, we can also go to the AJPES together with you, where we will then assist and advise you on the opening of the various forms of business. In the last step, we send you the original invoice with the details of your new company by email so that you can book this as an expense.

You already have a business

Initially, we send you a virtual office rental agreement and an pro forma invoice, which you pay before arranging the change of your business address. After signing the agreement, we arrange the certified declaration of the owner of the building that we allow the company to operate at our address, which we send to you by email. The change of the company’s business address is possible entirely remotely through  the SPOT portal. We can offer you free assistance on how to make such a change. If you wish, we can also go to AJPES in Ljubljana and leave a certified declaration of the owner of the building for you. The declaration is waiting for you at AJPES and you can arrange the change at a time that suits you best. In the final step, we will email you the original invoice with your new company details so that you can book this as an expense.

Forwarding mail via post

If you wish, you can arrange for your mail to be forwarded to the desired address at the post office –  Pot za Brdom 100, 1125 Ljubljana. The cost of mail redirection is 30 EUR per year, which you pay to Pošta Slovenije. We also have the option of forwarding mail in physical form or scanning and sending the content via email. You choose the method of forwarding that suits you best. Forwarding mail in physical form to your preferred address incurs additional courier costs. Our service is still included in the package for the same price.

About the virtual office in general

The entrepreneur and the virtual office arrange a rental legal relationship, where the entrepreneur then registers the company at the address of the vritual office. All mail addressed to the company is sent to this address and forwarded by the provider to the entrepreneur’s preferred address – either physically or electronically. If you receive a notification about a registered letter, we will take a photo of the notification and send it via SMS. With a picture of the notification, you can then pick up the mail at the Post Office – Pot za Brdom 100, 1125 Ljubljana. Please not that we are not eligible to accept the registered mail on your behalf.

Why a virtual office?

A virtual office is an excellent solution for those people who would like to start their own business activity, but cannot register a company at the address where they live. It often happens that the landlord or the owner does not agree with the tenant having his company registered at his address. A virtual office is also an excellent solution if, as an entrepreneur, you live abroad or travel a lot, and thus cannot collect mail regularly (e.g. virtual nomads). Additonally, you you can choose virtual office, if you do not want your home address to be publicly published in the Business Register of Slovenia, where anyone can find it. In this way, instead of your home address, the address of the virtual office is made public, and you thereby fully maintain your privacy.

Furthermore, virtual office with a business address is much cheaper than renting a physical office. This way, as an entrepreneur, you can save a lot of money, which, at least at the beginning of the business, can be spent on other needs, such as the growth of your core business. With a virtual office, as a newly established company, you obtain a seat and business address easily and for a low cost, and thus start carrying out your business activities.
